Krystle Armstrong

Krystle Armstrong is a dynamic, bi-coastal performer based in Seattle and frequently working in New York and beyond. A proud member of Actors' Equity Association, she is a seasoned singer, dancer, actress, and choreographer with a vibrant career in musical theatre—and a growing presence in commercial and on-camera work.

With over a decade of professional experience, including 11 transformative years in New York City, Krystle has built a reputation for her versatility, work ethic, and radiant stage presence. From leading roles in regional productions to quick-turnaround shoots for national brands, she brings heart, humor, and focus to every set and stage she steps on.
Krystle is actively auditioning and available for theatre, commercial, and film work across the country. Her adaptability and range make her a strong fit for both traditional and contemporary projects—and she thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Offstage, she is the owner and co-creator of CardioTAP™, the original tap dance fitness method that fuses rhythm, sweat, and joy into one high-energy class. She also serves as the Managing Director of The Memphis Belles, a vintage-inspired vocal group channeling the harmonies and charm of the Andrews Sisters, and works as Artistic Associate for Hi-Liners Musical Theatre, where she mentors young performers and fosters artistic growth with heart and purpose.
 

When she's not working, Krystle is most content with a strong cup of coffee, a Lady and the Tramp rewatch, and her two beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels curled up nearby—ideally while catching up on a podcast, winding down with yoga, or getting a good sweat in on her Peloton.
